Thank you very much for your interest in our shoes!

We want you to be happy with your shoe purchase! If you have a problem with the fit, please call us at 651-408-2255, or send us an email at orders@coastdanceshoes anytime. We will do our best to help resolve any issues you may have.

If you purchased a shoe from our inventory, it is usually returnable or exchangeable. Shoes need to be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Please try your shoes on a clean, carpeted surface to be sure they fit comfortably before wearing them dancing or outdoors.  Shoes must be returned  in their original box and in new condition. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted. In an effort to improve overall product and service quality, please inform us as to the reason for your return. Return authorization is required for any returns.

Made to order (custom) shoes are non-refundable/non-returnable.  We will, however, be happy to make a sizing adjustment to your shoes if there is a problem with the fit.  Fees and shipping charges may apply.

Shipping is non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.
